Booking Conditions

Please print a copy for your reference.

1. The person signing the booking form shall be deemed the Hirer.
2. Bookings cannot be confirmed until receipt by us of the appropriate deposit.
3. Car parking is entirely at visitor's own risk.
4. Deposits are not refundable.
5. The Company reserves the right to charge an additional £20 per half hour or part half hour for delays in starting caused by late arrival of the Hirer's party.
6. No liquor may be brought aboard the boat for consumption during the cruise. The Company and its crew reserve the right to close the bar at their discretion.
7. The boat will at all times be under the control of the crew. In the event of unruly behaviour etc., the Hirer will be held responsible for any damage caused. The Captain reserves the right to terminate the cruise at any time and for any reason at their sole discretion.
8. Leighton Lady Cruises reserve the right to cancel a cruise if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary. In such circumstances, if a suitable alternative cannot be provided, all monies paid will be refunded and there will be no further claim against Leighton Lady Cruises.

To make a booking

Please first telephone our office on 01525 384563 or email the enquiry form to confirm the availability of the Leighton Lady. We will then send you a Booking Form which you need to return, together with your deposit, to Leighton Lady Cruises. We will then send you a written confirmation of your cruise with us.
